The customer is responsible for the information provided at the time of ordering. The customer has a duty to check that the compulsory personal information provided is accurate and comprehensive. Should any errors arise due to information provided by the customer, WEWE would not be held responsible if it is not possible to deliver the product.

The transportation risks are accepted by the customer, who will have to address any complaints to the relevant postal services or courier

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The provision of goods and services by WEWE is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, WEWE will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 0 % administration fee, warranties, etc.
